There’s no mistaking the theme of this particular Yggdrasil slot, which is set in a traditional American-style diner. Symbols on the reels include various platters of fruit, greens and meat. For a slot produced late in 2023, the graphics don’t feel particularly high-end. But at the same time, they’re not exactly bad.

Regular Symbols

The four lower-paying symbols are plates of food, all of which offer the same payouts. Expect 0.8x for five matches, with 0.4x and 0.2x whenever you land four or three on a payline.

Higher-paying icons are anthropomorphic animals, led by Fatz the hippo, who is seemingly the diner’s owner and manager. Match five of this bow tie-wearing beast for the best-possible reward of 4x. Though prizes of 1.5x and 0.6x are also available, whenever you hit four or three of his symbol.

Next up are the leather-clad rocker lion, a pretty-in-pink gazelle, a dorky-looking chimp and a besuited crocodile. All of these pay between 1x and 2x for five-of-a-kind, with rewards of 0.5x to 1x for four and 0.3x to 0.5x for three.

Wilds

The first of the game’s special symbols is a vinyl record, presumably from the diner’s jukebox. This bears the letter “W” for “Wild”, indicating that it substitutes for any other regular symbol to form wins. The wild does not pay rewards of its own.

Scatters

An orange, pink and yellow sign with the word “Bonus” is the scatter in Fatz’s Diner. Collect at least five to activate the Free Spins bonus.

Gigablox
