Win Multiplier

Hot Fruit x15 Review – Our Final Verdict

Developers do not seem to have had enough of the classic fruit machine trope just yet. However, at least Mascot Gaming has managed to put something of a twist on it, no matter how minor. 

Gone are the usual neon lights and solid background colors, replaced by a street corner backdrop, with a few exotic fruits thrown in. A sparkling win animation is a nice touch, as is the risk feature, but it’s the progressive multiplier that really stands out.

Knowing that every win increases the potential returns of future spins does actually heighten the drama considerably, especially when the pay jumps are so sharp. The option to spin a wheel and risk your winnings also gives the game a little more spice. 

However, if we’re being totally honest, it’s impossible to overlook the lack of a free spins bonus. In addition, a relatively low RTP and maximum potential win are quite disappointing. It’s a shame, because the addition of a proper bonus feature would almost certainly make this game exponentially better.
