There are 11 symbols in the Lucky Dollar slot base game, divided into two groups. Playing cards 9 through A are the lower-paying symbols, returning up to 6.67x your total wager for five matching symbols.

Wilds

A glittering gold coin with a dollar sign serves as the wild, substituting for all other symbols besides the scatter.

Scatters

Lucky Dollar Review – Our Final Verdict

Overall, Lucky Dollar is a fair attempt at adapting the evergreen Wild West motif. CT Gaming brings together classic slot features like free spins, wilds and multipliers, even throwing in the exciting Double Up element. 

However, the graphics in the slot are notably poor. The symbol depictions are nice enough. But the grid often appears cluttered with information, especially when you try to explore the settings menu, which can be really clunky and cumbersome.

Although the game claims to be highly-volatile, wins appear quite frequently from our experience. What’s truly volatile, though, is the Free Games bonus, which took us a long time to trigger. 

With a healthy enough maximum potential win of 9,000x and an average RTP, there’s just about enough to keep us coming back. But there are definitely far better games out there in the Wild West genre.
